About

Lead UX Designer at Super Purposes™ | Software Designer | Researcher | Mentor | Artist | Business perspective thinker and creative designer to come up with end to end unique design ideas for business.

Hello Everyone! Welcome to my profile…

I believe today's world is changing very fast and becoming very competitive.. Each and every business is improving and coming up with new ideologies to attract their customers..

As a designer I strongly believe in Market research and competitor analysis to understand the market value of the product and create unique designs to improve startups and business. I also do believe in design feature research.. By doing the design research we can create user friendly unique designs for the users. So the business can benefit.

I have been working as a UX designer for 5+ Years. In these years, I got a good chance to learn about the variety of business and user needs regarding the projects and gained good hands on experience on the projects. In this time span I did work for a freelancing project at 99designs.com, Contributing design ideas and skills on the non profit organizations for public good (Democracy labs - Rural.net, Acht code, Orca sound).

Currently, I am working as a Lead UX Designer at Super purposes which is a startup company. As a lead UX designer, I learned the values of team organization and planning for the project management as well as right direction on working projects to help designers to complete the projects within dedicated timelines. Along with that I also mentored other two designers to work on projects and provide them valuable feedback on their designs so they can make progress on the improvements.  Conducting the weekly workshops on the current projects so we can make quick and reasonable design decisions on the projects(Style Guide, User flow for the mobile and website application, finalize the variety versions of the same designs).

As a Lead I attend the leaders meetings to create project plans and upcoming project lists and assign projects among the teammates. Conducting senior (Second round of interviews for the  UX), Finalizing the candidate and helping them with the onboarding process.

Also meet with the other department lead to get the information to complete the tasks. Participate in other department team meetings to identify the UX design needs for the department and help them with design ideas.

Please note: I am authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. I do not need visa sponsorship in the future.
